We used Beyond the Blue to train a number of our staff for the National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders (NCPLH) Certificate. In the course of a day, all 5 members of our team passed the exam with a lowest score being 92%.

The course was well organised, covering everything required and in such a way as to make it easy to understand and learn. The course instructor (Peter Mayhew) was great and needless to say, absolutely up to speed on all regulatory changes and relevant rules and regulations, making them accessible and easy to understand.

As a small but growing pub company, it is great to know we have on the end of a phone or email people who can assist us and also provide all the relevant training we require. Our course was a very good and cost effective training solution and one I will in future be encouraging our staff to attend, weather they require a personal licence or not. Many thanks again
